Introducing GEAR™ Suite of Valuation Products (GeoScore™ Evaluation Appraisal Reports) a USPAP compliant appraisal report designed to exceed the compliance guidelines as an evaluation of appraisal.   • Current E&O insurance certification
  • Newly signed W-9
  • Information on the MLS’s of which you are a member

    1. Great question that we’ll be covering in future articles. We think as with all alternative valuation products, it’s important to look at fees from a per unit basis to hourly basis. Of course, as with everything fees for GEAR™ products vary depending on scope and assignment.

      On an hourly basis, GEAR™ products are competitive with traditional appraisal products, and in many cases more profitable.

      If you already receive assignments from us, and are on our panel, we already took the liberty of moving many of our vendors into the GEAR order management system. Of course, for security reasons you will need to reset your password. Visit axisorders.com, and click the forgot password button. Once you reset your password you should be able to access your profile.

      When orders are placed in your area, our vendor management team will be reaching out our panel vendors about these assignments.

    1. The Real Estate Agent performing the inspection on a GEAR RE will be compensated to do the exterior inspection.

      Clients will be ordering GEAR products for a variety of reasons, so there is no guarantee that the property is being listed for sale. If the property is listed, the agent is free to bring a buyer, but there is no additional incentive.

      There may be listing opportunities, where the lender after receiving your inspection and contact information could independently decide to list the property with the inspecting agent.
